Reality is about to hit GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Connie in an unimaginable way and make her do something so out-there that it even surprises Sonny! With Trey lying unconscious in a hospital bed, she has a surreal moment.

“She hears Steve say that Trey isn’t responding and that he’s losing him,” Kelly Sullivan (Connie) explains. “She’s standing there, looking at him, trying not to be seen and discovers that, ‘Oh my God, what is this feeling in my stomach?’ It’s the first time it’s become a reality to her that this is her son. But she doesn’t know what to do with those feelings she has denied her whole life.”

In the ABC issue of Soaps In Depth now on sale, Sullivan reveals what she does with those latent emotions and how it eventually leads to an act that just might cause Sonny to turn away from her for good! Only In Depth has all the details!

What is your personal New Year’s resolution?

Kelly Sullivan: “Just to stop and breath. Breathing is good. And to take a look around and be present. Be a good friend and be a good person. Not take myself too seriously.”
